IIXPO is a digital industrial platform designed to help companies present their products, services and capabilities and connect with industrial market opportunities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service or transaction, IIXPO operates as a digital platform and information intermediary and is not a party to transactions between buyers, manufacturers, suppliers or other users.

Users may create a company booth or request access to an existing company profile.

You must provide accurate information and may manage a company booth only if you are authorized to represent that company.

IIXPO may request information or documentation to verify a company, its representative or the right to manage an existing profile.

Creating or claiming a booth does not by itself constitute verification, certification, endorsement or official representation by IIXPO.

Users are responsible for the information and materials they submit, including company information, product descriptions, technical specifications, images, catalogues, trademarks and certifications.

Users must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content.

By submitting content, you authorize IIXPO to display, organize, format, index and, where appropriate, translate that content for operation, search, discovery and presentation within the platform.

IIXPO may contain information about companies, manufacturers, products or services obtained from publicly available or other lawful sources.

An authorized representative of a listed company may request access to manage its profile. IIXPO may require verification before granting such access.

Authorized representatives may also request correction or, where applicable, removal of eligible company information.

Certain verified companies may activate services that allow them to receive buyer inquiries related to their products and capabilities.

Access may depend on verification, service activation and applicable commercial conditions.

IIXPO does not guarantee the number, frequency, quality or commercial outcome of inquiries.

Companies are responsible for evaluating inquiries and deciding whether to respond or enter into any commercial relationship.

Quotations, negotiations, orders, payments, shipping arrangements and contracts between users remain the responsibility of the parties involved unless IIXPO expressly agrees otherwise for a particular transaction.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate commercial, technical, legal and counterparty checks before entering into a transaction.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including sanctions, export controls, customs requirements, trade restrictions and other regulatory obligations.

The presence of a company, product or business opportunity on IIXPO does not mean that a particular transaction is legally permitted.

IIXPO may restrict access to particular services or opportunities where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security or compliance purposes.

Certain IIXPO services may be subject to fees, including selected advertising, visibility, buyer inquiry and other commercial services.

Where fees apply, the applicable conditions and charges will be communicated before purchase or activation.

Creating a basic account or booth does not automatically enroll a user in a paid service.

Users must not use IIXPO for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activities, unauthorized data collection, spam, infringement of third-party rights, attempts to compromise platform security or other abusive activities.

IIXPO may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users or comply with applicable requirements.

IIXPO aims to provide useful and reliable industrial information but does not guarantee that all information available on the platform is complete, current or error-free.

Product information, price estimates, market information and third-party information should be independently evaluated before being relied upon for commercial decisions.

The IIXPO platform, branding, software, design and original platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Company names, trademarks, product information and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IIXPO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from reliance on third-party information, user conduct, unsuccessful negotiations or transactions independently concluded between users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

IIXPO may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice or renewed consent will be provided.
